Smith’s Epoxy SLS100 is a chemical resistant, heavy-duty, 100% solids epoxy self-leveling slurry intended for resurfacing and smoothing rough, eroded or uneven concrete in heavy traffic environments needing a durable, new surface with quick return to service capabilities.

Also available, Smith’s Epoxy SLS125 for applications between 50°F to 65°F with similar working time and cure rates to Smith’s Epoxy SLS100 at 72°F to 85°F.  Smith’s Epoxy SLS125 is a fast cure product above 65°F to 85°F.

Unlike competitive resurfacing products, Smith’s Epoxy SLS products have the aggregates conveniently contained in the Part A pail for easier transportation and mixing on the jobsite.  Because Smith’s Epoxy SLS products are strictly liquids, there is no risk associated with the mixing of this product related to airborne silica fume.  Part A has enough space to mix directly in the pail with all of the kit components.

Smith’s Epoxy SLS products outperform broadcast systems and epoxy mortar systems in similar service conditions.

RECOMMENDED USES:

  • Resurfacing slightly to severely eroded concrete floors ranging from 30 mils (1/32”) to 500 mils (1/2”)
  • Accepts heavy forklift traffic after 18 hour cure at 72°F/50% Ambient Humidity
  • Areas prone to impact, high rolling load stress and/or traffic erosion:
    • Around CNC machines in manufacturing facilities
