CPR-MD – Rake & Trowel Medium Duty Urethane Cement

Smith’s CPR-MD is a 3-component, flowable, rake and trowel consistency Cementitious Polyurethane Mortar used to resurface and protect floors susceptible to Thermal Shock and water erosion in moderate traffic environments.  Smith’s CPR-MD works well in damp conditions and on floors with slightly elevated moisture emission levels up to 85% Relative Humidity per ASTM F2170 and up to 10 lbs. per ASTM F1869.

Smith’s CPR-MD can be applied neat, with a topcoat such as Smith’s Hi-Wear 90S, Smith’s CRU’86 or Smith’s Poly-WB directly to it’s surface within the recoat window without the need for addition preparation as long as the CPR surface remains uncontaminated or broadcast with Quartz or Vinyl Chip prior to a grout coat of Smith’s Polyaspartic 1000, Smith’s Polyaspartic 2000, Smith’s Polyaspartic 5000, Smith’s Epoxy GEL150 (for orange peel texture), Smith’s Epoxy FC125 or Smith’s Epoxy U100.

Sold as a natural Beige.  Other colors possible with the addition of Smith’s Dry Pigment color packs (sold separately).
